Noryce runs these one-off tasks as a standardized service from Guangzhou: you send the task in writing, we quote a fixed fee, we execute and upload the evidence — receipts, filings, photos — to your portal. Typical turnaround is 3–7 working days. Where a third party is involved (a government fee, a notary), we bill it at actual cost with the original receipt attached; our own service fee is listed separately in the same document. Nothing is added on top, and nothing is billed that was not agreed in writing first.
