Our audit service sends a bilingual auditor from our Guangzhou team, usually within 24–48 hours in the Pearl River Delta. You receive an English audit report plus same-day video footage from the visit — not a summary written from a desk. Pre-shipment inspection follows the same principle: sampled against your acceptance criteria, documented with photos, and archived in your portal. This is a third-party-verification service billed at a fixed fee per visit; travel costs are passed through at actual cost with receipts. We do not accept commissions from factories we audit — the only party paying us is you, so the report answers only to you.
